To reduce invisible disabilities at work concerns, RSCS offers companies mental health program evaluation assessments and plans; from a culturally sensitive perspective, we provide companies with guidance needed to integrate the solutions for the discovery findings into the business and/or program’s model. Also, to reduce imminent psychological safety concerns at work, RCSC provides crisis management services to support stay at work and return to work concerns, through our Employee Family Assistance Program services. At times, crisis prevention supportive services are necessary before psychotherapy can be effectively delivered. If you are a registered First Nations or Inuk person of Canada, the Indigenous Services Canada (ISC) provides annual mental health funding accessible only to mental health providers who have completed ISC’s enrollment process.
